Microgreen Superfood Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
1 oz brassica microgreens
1/2 a banana
1 cup milk of any kind
1/2 cup blueberries or huckleberries (frozen is fine)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy any time of day!
