4 bags green tea or 2 tablespoons loose green tea
1 gallon water
1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
few sprigs of mint or tulsi
1/4 cup sugar
1. Boil water and pour over tea bags, hibiscus and herbs in a large jug. Stir in sugar until it's dissolved. Let steep and chill for a few hours (we put our jug in the creek!), then strain and serve.
