Spencer's Spinach and Eggs

2-3 eggs

2 large handfuls of spinach

salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook eggs any way you like - scrambled is our favorite.

2. Place spinach on a large plate. Lay eggs on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
