How To Order: Our online store is open for ordering for CSA members Saturday at 7am through Monday at 5pm. You may add to or change your order at any time during this period. You may change your pick up location on a weekly basis if needed.

Order Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to pick up your order after you’ve placed it, you have three options. 1) You may send a proxy in your place. 2) You may come out to our farm on Thursday or Friday to pick it up. 3) You may donate your box to the Bonner Community Food Bank. (If we don’t hear from you, this is what we’ll do).

Refund Policy: We will honor refund requests up until April 15, 2019 for the full amount you have paid. After that point, we will charge you your down payment, or if the CSA has already begun, we will charge you for your weekly average for the number of weeks you have been participating.

Here’s a reminder of the agreements you signed off on at sign up:

  • I understand that I have to use all of my credit by 10/7/19, and there will be no carryover into the winter season. Any leftover credit will be donated, in produce, to the Bonner Community Food Bank.

  • I understand that farming and ordering is unpredictable, and there is NO GUARANTEE that I will get exactly what I want each week.

  • I understand that the CSA is 22 weeks long, running May 15 through October 9 2019.

  • I understand that after a 2 week grace period, I will be deducted $10 from my account for every week that I don’t order.

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up on Wednesday during CSA season. If I miss a pick up after placing an order, I can send a friend or schedule a time to come out to the farm on Thursday or Friday, otherwise I forfeit my order and it will be donated to the Bonner Community Food Bank.

  • I understand that I need to have my order in each Monday by 5pm. If I ask to place an order after that time, my farmers will pack me a surprise box equal to my weekly average.

  • I understand that I have to return my Crop Box each week.

  • I understand that important communication as well as fulfilling content from Moose Meadow Farm is sent via email, and I agree to read my emails regularly.

  • I understand that if I am late making a payment, I may face a penalty. After a two week grace period, I will be deducted one week of credit for each week late. Example: three weeks late equals one week deduction.
